Ref: Related Party disclosures under regulation 23(9) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that Disclosure on Related Party Transactions for the Half Year ended 31s March

2025 under Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)

(Amendments) Regulation, 2018 is not applicable to our Company. Further, we would like to inform

you that as per Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements), the

compliance with Corporate Governance provisions as specified in Regulations 17,17A,18,19,20,21,

22, 23, 24,24A, 25,26,27 and clause (b) to (i) of sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 46 and para C, D and

E of Schedule V shall not apply in respect of:-

1. The listed entity has Paid up Capital not exceeding Rs.10 Crores and Net Worth not exceeding Rs.25

Crores as on the last day of the financial year.

2. The listed entity whose specified securities are listed on the SME Exchange platform.

Since our company is the listed entity having Paid-up Capital not exceeding Rs. 10 Crores and Net

Worth not exceeding Rs. 25 Crores as of the last day of the financial year, the Company is not required

to submit a disclosure of Related Party Transaction for the Half Year ended March 31, 2025.
