Cords Cable Industries Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 27-05-2025: Dividend

The Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 27" May, 2025 have recommended the final dividend of Rs.1/- (Rupees One only) i.e. @10 % per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up, for the F.Y 2024-25 subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company.
