2025 and

recommendation of Dividend, if any.

2. Director’s report and Management Discussion and Analysis Report for the

Financial Year ended

Such other agenda as may be considered necess'ary with the permission of the

Further in continuation of our intimation 28t March, 2025 regarding closure

of Trading Window, and

pursuant to Company’s “Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’. the

Trading Window for

dealing in the Securities of the Company is closed from 1st April, 2025 and shall

remain closed till 48

hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the half year and year ended

on 3 1st March,

2025.
