Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015

This is to certify that the paid up equity share capital of our Company is less than Rupees Ten

Crores and the Net Worth is less than rupees Twenty Five Crores as on the last day of the

previous financial year i.e., 31st March, 2024. Therefore, we hereby claim exemption under

Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and consequently Regulation 24A of

SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 shall

not be applicable to us.

Kindly treat the same as disclosure under Regulation 30, 24A and 15(2) of SEBI (LODR)

Regulations, 2015 and do the needful.
