With reference to the captioned subject, we would like to apprise your good self that our company has Paid-up Share

Capital of Rs. 3,00,03,000 as on March 31, 2024 and March 31, 2025 (less than stipulated Rs.10 crore) and Net Worth

of the Company is 5,06,50,490.00 and 3,36,22,660 as on March 31, 2024 and March 31, 2025 respectively (less than

stipulated Rs. 25 crore).

Therefore, the requirement for filing of Annual Secretarial Compliance report is not applicable on the Company as per

Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as the paid up equity

share capital not exceeding rupees Ten Crore and net worth not exceeding rupees Twenty-Five Crore, as on the last

day of the previous financial year.
