Ref: Intimation dated 14" April,2025 regarding fire accident

Dear Sir/madam,

This is to inform you that on 14" April,2025 the company submitted intimation regarding fire accident and

erroneously in the intimation date of fire mentioned February 12,2025 instead of April 12, 2025. Revised intimation

is as follows:

In compliance of Regulation 30 of SEBI (listing obligation & disclosure requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are

informing all the stakeholders that a fire accident took place at registered office situated at Corporate House No. A-1,

Shivalik Business Centre, B/h. Rajpath Club, S. G. Highway, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, 380059 on Saturday,

April 12, 2025 at around 08:00 P.M. The reason of the fire is yet to be ascertained. Fire was controlled after efforts of

fire fighters/Department. Fortunately, there was no injury or loss to human life as it was non-working hours. Further,

business operations at all other locations are running smoothly except our Admin office.

We would like to clarify that the company has adequate insurance coverage and have already informed the insurance

company about the incident and the insurance company visited the site also.

Please refer to the annexed details in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure

Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13,

2023, in Annexure - A.
