Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure

Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that based on the recommendation of the

Audit Committee, the Board of Directors in its meeting held on Tuesday, i.e. 27th May, 2025, has

approved the appointment of M/s. MJS & Co. Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No.

148649W) as an Internal Auditors of the Company to conduct the Internal Audit for the Financial Year

2025-26.

The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular

No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024 (‘SEBI Circular’), are given in

Annexure A to this letter.

ideal Consulting, Audit, Outsourcing & Company Secretary

information technology, in order to enhance the service
