In continuation to our intimation dated 27th March, 2025 and in terms of the Code of Conduct of the

Company for code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons, The

Trading Window for transactions in the equity shares of the Company has been already closed from

01st April, 2025 and will remain closed up to 02nd June, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of

announcement of aforesaid audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and

year ended on 31st March, 2025.
