ESAB India has announced a board meeting and set August 7, 2025, as the record date for the 38th Annual General Meeting and final dividend payout for FY 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval. Shareholders on record by this date will be eligible for the final dividend, which will be announced after the AGM scheduled for August 14, 2025, conducted via video conferencing.
