Epsilon Bidco Pte. Ltd. clarified that it and its associates have not created any new encumbrances on their EPL Limited shares beyond those already reported this financial year. Although Epsilon PledgeCo Pte. Ltd., the parent, has pledged its entire shareholding in Epsilon Bidco for an offshore refinancing facility, Epsilon Bidco’s EPL Limited shares remain unencumbered.
