Hisar Metal Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 28-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Hisar Metal Industries has announced a board meeting on which it approved its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The company posted a net profit of Rs. 38 lakhs for the quarter and Rs. 1063 lakhs for the year, with EPS at Rs. 0.70 (quarter) and Rs. 5.89 (year). A dividend of Rs. 1 per share (10%) is proposed, pending shareholder approval. Ms. Ritu Agarwal has been reappointed as Internal Auditor for FY2025-26. The audit was clean and unqualified.
