Gokul Refoils and Solvent reported steady consolidated profits for the quarter and half-year. Leadership sees significant changes as Chairman Balvantsingh Rajput and CEO Praveen Kumar Khandelwal step down by May-end. Shaunak Mandalia, the former CFO, steps up as CEO and Executive Director starting June 1, with shareholder approval pending.
