Bata India Limited — Board Meeting, 28-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Bata India has announced a board meeting on August 12, 2025, for the AGM to seek approval for a final dividend of Rs. 9 per share (180%), adding to the earlier interim dividend of Rs. 10 per share. The company posted consolidated revenue of Rs. 3,488.79 Cr and a profit of Rs. 330.83 Cr for the year. It approved a voluntary retirement scheme expense of Rs. 10.78 Cr and booked a Rs. 133.95 Cr gain from selling freehold industrial land. Operating cash flow remains healthy at Rs. 857.4 Cr.
