Q4 FY25 revenue rose 11% YoY to ₹114.1 Cr, while FY25 revenue jumped 33.3% YoY to ₹502 Cr. EBITDA surged 59% YoY to ₹99.2 Cr, aided by new admissions, service expansion, and acquisitions of BB Virtuals (40.4%) and Navkar Digital (65%). The company raised ₹41.3 Cr via preferential equity and is shifting focus from acquisitions to organic growth, targeting commerce test prep, K-12, government exam prep, and vocational segments.
