Rossell India Limited — Board Meeting, 28-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Rossell India has announced a board meeting on 28th May 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 2025. The company reported a standalone profit of Rs. 19.69 Cr for FY25, sharply up from Rs. 0.80 Cr last year, driven by higher revenue at Rs. 181.56 Cr versus Rs. 149.70 Cr. The board declared a dividend of Re. 0.40 per share, rising from 15% last year. It also appointed LABH & LABH Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years and completed the acquisition of Dhoedaam Tea Estate in Assam, expanding its footprint.
