Poonawalla Fincorp Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 28-05-2025: Allotment of Securities

Poonawalla Fincorp has allotted 122,500 secured, redeemable NCDs of ₹1,00,000 face value each under Series B2 (₹1225 Cr) and 58,500 secured, redeemable NCDs of ₹1,00,000 each under Series B1 (₹585 Cr plus ₹0.76 Cr premium) via private placement. Both carry a 7.60% coupon. Series B2 matures in 2027, Series B1 in 2028. This significant debt raise will boost the company’s financial strength through strong fund infusion.
