eMudhra has announced a board meeting on May 6, 2025, approving a final dividend of Rs. 1.25 per share (25%) for FY ending March 31, 2025, subject to shareholder approval at the 17th AGM. The record date for dividend eligibility and remote e-voting is June 18, 2025. If approved, the dividend will be paid within 30 days of the AGM.
