Incredible Industries has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue rose to Rs 756.1 Cr with profit before tax at Rs 13.23 Cr, reflecting solid YoY growth. No dividend was declared. The company plans a capacity boost by setting up an SMS plant with 2.56 lakh TPA and upping rolling mill capacity to 2.22 lakh TPA by FY27. The Rs 151 Cr capex, funded via equity, internal accruals, and debt, aims to cut fuel costs and enhance margins.
