Esconet Technologies Limited — Board Meeting, 28-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Esconet Technologies has announced a board meeting on approving the audited consolidated and standalone financial results for FY 2024-25. Consolidated revenue surged 63.9% YoY to ₹233.25 Cr, with PBT up 42.7% to ₹10.62 Cr and PAT rising 47.3% to ₹7.98 Cr. Half-year figures showed 15.4% revenue growth and doubled PBT, despite margin pressure from strategic investments and project delays. The company acquired a 70% stake in cybersecurity firm Fluidech IT Services to boost its IT security portfolio. A ₹32.7 Cr capital raise via preferential allotment will support growth and tech expansion. Internal auditor Rahul Arora & Associates is reappointed for FY 2025-26.
