Steelcast Limited — Board Meeting, 28-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Steelcast Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported consolidated revenue of Rs. 380.61 Cr and net profit of Rs. 72.20 Cr for the year. A final dividend of Rs. 2.70 per share was proposed, taking the total payout for FY25 to Rs. 7.20 per share. The board also approved a 1:5 share split to improve liquidity and attract more retail investors, subject to member approval. Hemantbhai Dholakia was reappointed as Independent Director, and new auditors were appointed for statutory, internal, secretarial, and cost audit roles.
