Veranda Learning Solutions Limited — Board Meeting, 28-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Veranda Learning Solutions has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue jumped to Rs. 470.87 Cr from Rs. 361.73 Cr last year, though a consolidated net loss of Rs. 247.52 Cr was reported, driven by heavy investments and impairments in subsidiaries. The company expanded its education footprint by acquiring majority stakes in BB Publications and Navkar Digital Institute. It also approved raising funds through issuance of 7.78 lakh convertible warrants and 11.98 lakh equity shares via private placement. Management remains confident about meeting obligations with ongoing funding.
