Mr. Indrajeet Mitra joins as Non-Executive Non-Independent Chairman, while Mr. Niraj Gemawat remains Managing Director. The company appointed Ms. Zalak Chokshi as Internal Auditor and M/s. Tushar Vora & Associates as Secretarial Auditor. Consolidated revenue rose to Rs 139.8 Cr from Rs 83.05 Cr, with profit before tax increasing to Rs 34.99 Cr versus Rs 20.44 Cr. Operating cash flow showed strong improvement.
