NINtec Systems Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and year. Standalone revenue reached Rs 90.30 Cr with PAT doubling to Rs 23.31 Cr, while consolidated revenue stood at Rs 144.26 Cr and PAT at Rs 26.32 Cr, driven by growth in software services. Leadership changes include Indrajeet Mitra as Non-Executive Non-Independent Chairman and continued tenure of Niraj Gemawat as Managing Director.
