Hikal Ltd. has sent reminders to shareholders who have not claimed their final dividend for seven or more consecutive years, related to FY 2017-18. Shares with unclaimed dividends are at risk of being transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority. Shareholders are encouraged to claim their dividends promptly by contacting the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent before the deadline to prevent transfer of shares to IEPF. Unclaimed dividends and shares can still be reclaimed later from the IEPF Authority following the required procedure.
