Ruchi Infrastructure Limited — Board Meeting, 28-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Ruchi Infrastructure Ltd has announced a board meeting on the approved audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue from operations declined to Rs. 58.36 Cr from Rs. 63.84 Cr last year, while consolidated net profit dropped sharply to Rs. 1.62 Cr from Rs. 13.80 Cr, weighed down by lower sales and higher finance costs.
