Integra Essentia Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue rose to ₹441.73 Cr with a profit before tax of ₹6.22 Cr. Net profit declined to ₹3.84 Cr from ₹15.43 Cr last year, impacted by higher finance costs and working capital pressures. To boost governance, the company appointed M/s. Shubhangi Agarwal & Associates as Secretarial Auditor and M/s. Niraj Kumar Vishwakarma & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26.
