The board proposed a dividend of ₹7.50 per share, totaling ₹102 Cr. The company also earned ₹98 Cr as dividend income and ₹13 Cr from leasing assets to its subsidiary Deepak Phenolics. Operating cash flow stayed strong at ₹558 Cr, reflecting healthy core business cash generation.
