KCP Sugar and Industries Corporation Limited — Board Meeting, 28-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

K.C.P. Sugar and Industries Corporation Ltd has announced a board meeting on the approval of audited consolidated financial results for FY25. The group posted total income of Rs. 337 Cr, with a profit before tax of Rs. 28 Cr and a net profit of Rs. 14.39 Cr, down from Rs. 414 Cr income and Rs. 66.16 Cr net profit last year. The board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 0.10 per share, pending shareholder approval. Reappointments of cost, tax, and internal auditors were also approved for FY26.
