Twamev Construction and Infrastructure reported consolidated revenue of ₹84.86 Cr for FY25, showing a robust 60% YoY rise from ₹53.05 Cr, supported by strong order book and ₹21.33 Cr unbilled revenue.

Net profit jumped sharply to ₹52.85 Cr from a loss of ₹22.22 Cr last year, boosted mainly by ₹106.72 Cr income from an arbitration award. EPS improved to ₹3.41 from a loss per share of ₹2.65. EBITDA margins saw significant expansion due to this exceptional income.

Operating expenses were well-managed at ₹27.92 Cr, with raw material costs at ₹3.47 Cr and contract expenses ₹16.73 Cr. Employee costs remained stable at ₹2.36 Cr. Exceptional charges of ₹44.34 Cr included provisions for doubtful debts and unbilled revenues.

Other income benefited from ₹77.95 Cr arbitration-related interest, enhancing profitability. Finance costs remained low at ₹0.76 Cr despite borrowings.

The balance sheet reflects consolidated borrowings of ₹363.35 Cr, mainly short-term. Cash and equivalents are modest at ₹3.06 Cr. Net worth improved to ₹303.62 Cr. Capital work-in-progress is significant at ₹422.35 Cr, reflecting ongoing project investments.

Management is progressing on a ₹21 Cr creditor resolution plan and awaits banking upgrades. While arbitration awards have boosted the financial position, subsidiary challenges involving NPAs and disputes persist, with active mitigation underway. Focus remains on operational efficiencies and receivables recovery.

Twamev is showing strong recovery signs with improved earnings and cash flow, yet legacy asset issues continue to warrant caution. Retail investors should watch ongoing asset quality risks alongside encouraging core business momentum.
