RHI MAGNESITA INDIA LIMITED — Important, 28-05-2025: General Updates

RHI Magnesita has announced a board meeting to approve a Rs. 2.5 Cr investment via rights issue in its subsidiary Intermetal Engineers (India) Pvt Ltd, which reported a Rs. 6.12 Cr turnover in FY25. The funds will support corporate needs and partly finance Intermetal’s acquisition of Ashwath Technologies, enhancing RHI Magnesita’s position through strategic expansion of its subsidiary.
