Vibhor Steel Tubes Limited — Important, 28-05-2025: Capacity addition

Vibhor Steel Tubes is expanding its Odisha plant with an additional ₹60 Cr capex, raising total investment to ₹120 Cr. This will increase annual capacity from 1.2 LMT to 1.56 LMT and introduce new products like Transmission Towers and various poles. Funded through external debt, the expansion aims to diversify offerings and drive growth. Commercial production is set to begin by end-June 2025, despite a slight delay in electricity connection.
