RHI MAGNESITA INDIA LIMITED — Board Meeting, 28-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

RHI Magnesita India has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and full year. Consolidated revenue hit Rs. 3,674.50 Cr with a profit before tax of Rs. 262.66 Cr (excluding earlier goodwill impairment). Post-tax profit was Rs. 202.51 Cr. The board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 2.50/share (250%). The company strengthened subsidiaries by acquiring the remaining 49% stake in RHIMSRL and invested Rs. 456 Cr in RHIMIRL to repay debt. It also acquired Ashwath Technologies to boost engineering product offerings. Cash flows show steady recovery after past setbacks.
