Suprajit Engineering has announced a board meeting to review the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue rose 7.2% to Rs. 3,105 Cr, with EBITDA up 23.1% to Rs. 401 Cr. The Suprajit Controls Division led margin gains with 65.5% EBITDA growth. Domestic Cable Division grew 13.1%, driven by aftermarket and braking system products. Phoenix Lamps reported flat revenues but 22.7% EBITDA growth. Suprajit Electronics expanded 27.4% but saw margin pressure. The European acquisition is under turnaround, targeting EBITDA gains by Q4 next year.
