Manaksia Limited — Board Meeting, 28-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Manaksia has announced a board meeting outcome: the financial results for the quarter and half-year have been approved, reporting an audited consolidated profit of Rs 58.12 Cr, down from Rs 78.70 Cr last year. The board re-appointed Agrawal Tondon & Co. as internal auditors for FY26. Company Secretary Anatha Bandhaba Chakrabartty resigned, with Mr. Deb Dip Chowdhury stepping in. Additionally, the registered office will be shifted from the mezzanine to the 2nd floor within the same building.
