Container Corporation of India Ltd hit a record 5.09 million TEUs in FY’25 with 8% volume growth (EXIM +7%, domestic +12%). Q4 volume rose 8.25%, led by a 12% EXIM jump despite a 2.6% domestic decline due to network issues. Rail freight margin improved 55bps to 25.65%, with EBITDA margin steady near 25%. Capex was INR810 Cr, with INR860 Cr planned for FY’26 focusing on containers, wagons, terminals, and IT. Market share gains were strong across key ports. FY’26 outlook targets 10% EXIM and 20% domestic growth via new terminals, logistics upgrades, green initiatives, and long-term contracts. DFC commissioning to JNPT by Dec ’25 is expected to boost rail volumes and efficiencies. Management remains confident on volume and margin stability.
