Wealth First has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Standalone operations showed a net loss of Rs. 4.29 Cr, impacted by a Rs. 1.51 Cr cyber fraud loss, while consolidated net profit stood at Rs. 34.15 Cr. EPS was negative at Rs. (4.03) standalone but positive at Rs. 32.05 consolidated. A final dividend of 40% is proposed. The company is expanding with new subsidiaries for Asset Management and Trustee services in mutual funds, and has appointed an internal auditor for FY26.
