Mukta Arts has announced a board meeting where it approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company appointed GAMS & Associates LLP as the new statutory auditor for five years and re-appointed KDA & Associates and Garg Devendra & Associates as secretarial and internal auditors, respectively.
