Tasty Bite Eatables Limited — Board Meeting, 28-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Tasty Bite Eatables has announced a board meeting on approving audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The board proposed a final dividend of INR 2.00 per share on 25.66 lakh equity shares, subject to shareholder approval. They also plan to appoint M/s. Kalyaniwalla & Mistry LLP as statutory auditor and M/s. Pareek V. R. & Associates as company secretary for a five-year term, pending approval at the Annual General Meeting.
