Thejo Engineering Limited — Board Meeting, 28-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Thejo Engineering has announced a board meeting on approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue stood at Rs. 552.7 Cr, down 1% YoY, with PAT at Rs. 52.3 Cr. Standalone revenue rose 11% to Rs. 436.5 Cr, while PAT surged 31% to Rs. 50 Cr. EBITDA margin improved to ~20%, boosted by the services segment and cost controls. Thejo Australia and Thejo Brasil are now fully owned subsidiaries. A 50% dividend was declared. Ms. Jayashree Sreeraman joins as Company Secretary and Mr. M.D. Ravikanth as CFO from June 10, 2025.
