MTAR Technologies has announced a board meeting approving its audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue hit INR 6759.95 million, with a net profit of INR 528.87 million for the year. The board approved new auditors for cost, internal, and secretarial audits for FY26 onward, pending shareholder nod for secretarial auditors. It also gave in-principle approval to merge wholly-owned subsidiaries Gee Pee Aerospace and Defence Pvt Ltd and Magnatar Aerosystems Pvt Ltd, aiming to simplify the structure and strengthen finances. No dividend or fundraising plans were declared.
