Juniper Hotels Limited — Board Meeting, 28-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Juniper Hotels has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue rose to ₹947.27 Cr with PAT surging to ₹71.29 Cr from ₹23.80 Cr last year. Standalone profit also turned positive at ₹55.65 Cr versus prior losses. The board appointed N Kothari & Associates as secretarial auditor for five years and re-appointed Protiviti India as internal auditor for FY26. The company expanded its portfolio by acquiring Jenipro Hotels. A fire at a Bengaluru project caused some damage, but insurance claims are in process and delays are expected to be minimal.
