The company completed an IPO raising ₹60.49 Cr (net), acquired a 24% stake in Payworld and its subsidiary, and its subsidiary Paysprint Pvt Ltd raised ₹10 Cr via private placement to support growth. RNFI also exited completely from OSSR Tech Solutions to sharpen focus on core businesses. Strong balance sheet with equity at ₹112.13 Cr and cash over ₹105.74 Cr.
