TechEra Engineering has announced a board meeting approving the audited consolidated financial results for the year and half-year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue climbed to ₹49.93 Cr, with net profit rising to ₹3.36 Cr, versus ₹39.02 Cr and ₹2.82 Cr a year ago. EPS stood at ₹2.35. The company raised ₹35.9 Cr through equity shares, channeling funds toward machinery, debt repayment, and working capital. M/s R Senapati & Associates LLP will serve as internal auditor for FY 2025-26.
