Mukta Arts Limited — Board Meeting, 28-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Mukta Arts has announced a board meeting approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ending March 31, 2025. The board appointed GAMS & Associates LLP as statutory auditor for five years, reappointed KDA & Associates as secretarial auditor, and Garg Devendra & Associates as internal auditors. Mrs. Madhumati Ramchandra Lele joins as Additional Independent Director pending shareholder approval. Ms. Pratiksha Panchal takes over as Company Secretary from June 3, 2025. The company greenlit an investment of BHD 1 lakh in its subsidiary Mukta A2 Multiplex W.L.L. Legal and financial issues persist with Whistling Woods International.
