Suprajit Engineering Limited — Board Meeting, 28-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Suprajit Engineering has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue rose to ₹3,276.95 Cr (from ₹2,895.85 Cr), while PAT dipped to ₹99.26 Cr (from ₹167.27 Cr). The board declared a final dividend of Re. 1.75/share, totaling Rs. 3/share including interim payout. Strategic moves include completing the first stage of acquiring Stahlschmidt Cable Systems’ business, forming a 50:50 JV with Japan’s Chuo Spring for transmission cables, and setting up a wholly owned subsidiary in China. Appointment of a secretarial auditor is also on the table.
