Granules has announced a board meeting on approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4 revenue grew 2% YoY to INR 1,197.4 Cr, led by an 18% rise in formulations despite a US FDA remediation slowdown at the Gagillapur plant. North America contributed 79% of revenue. EBITDA slipped 1% YoY to INR 252.4 Cr, but PAT jumped 17% YoY to INR 152 Cr. Net debt decreased by INR 136 Cr to INR 706.1 Cr, with Net debt/EBITDA at 0.75x. ROCE inched up to 16.6%.
