AVT Natural Products Limited — Board Meeting, 28-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

AVT Natural Products has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue increased to Rs. 572.21 Cr from Rs. 529.81 Cr last year, while profit after tax declined to Rs. 48.22 Cr from Rs. 53.29 Cr. The board declared a final dividend of 40% (Re. 0.40/share), making total dividends 70% for FY25. Mr. M.N. Satheesh Kumar was appointed as Manager, adding strong leadership from within the company. The 39th AGM is set for August 13, 2025.
