Sir Shadilal Enterprises Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported total income from operations of ₹92.66 lakh for the quarter and ₹268.34 lakh for the year. It posted a profit before tax of ₹16.01 lakh for the quarter but a loss of ₹18.54 lakh for the year. After tax, profit was ₹11.97 lakh for the quarter while the year showed a loss of ₹44.60 lakh. A change in accounting policy on land valuation was applied retrospectively, significantly lowering asset values. The board is also awaiting approvals for a proposed amalgamation and demerger scheme.
