Apollo Sindoori Hotels has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Auditors gave a clean opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share of face value Rs. 5, subject to shareholder approval. It also approved exploring international business opportunities through subsidiaries in response to foreign inquiries. The company appointed Ms. Nadakuditi Achutha Madhavi as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, replacing Ms. Rupali Sharma with immediate effect.
