Audit flagged qualifications on delayed MSME interest payment (Rs 0.57 lakhs), pending GST liability (Rs 20.70 lakhs under appeal), and unsettled trade and loan balances requiring confirmation. Inventory valuation and internal audit processes need strengthening. New appointments include M/s Ganesh Palve as secretarial auditor (five years) and Mr. Akhilesh Bhalerao as internal auditor (three years).
